  • Cash payments at the diagnostic centre (if applicable)

2. Advance Payment Requirement

  • Full payment may be required at the time of booking diagnostic tests or health checkup packages.

  • Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment.

  • Incomplete or failed transactions will not be considered confirmed appointments.

3. Pricing Policy

  • All test prices are listed on our website or provided at the centre.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Applicable taxes, if any, will be included in the final billing amount.

Advance Care Diagnostic Centre reserves the right to update service charges as needed.

4. Payment Confirmation

  • After successful UPI or online payment, a confirmation message or receipt will be shared.

  • Patients are advised to keep the transaction reference number for future communication.

5. Failed or Duplicate Transactions

In case of:

  • Failed payment

  • Duplicate payment

  • Technical payment errors

Patients should notify Advance Care Diagnostic Centre with transaction details. The issue will be reviewed, and if applicable, the refund will be processed as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Refund Decision Authority

All decisions related to payment disputes, refund approvals, or transaction issues will be taken by Advance Care Diagnostic Centre. The decision of the management will be final.

7. Security of Transactions

We take reasonable measures to ensure secure online payments. However, Advance Care Diagnostic Centre is not responsible for issues arising from:
