At Advance Care Diagnostic Centre, Nagaon, Assam, we are committed to providing reliable and transparent diagnostic services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms related to online payments, refunds, and service cancellations.

1. Online Payment Policy

Advance Care Diagnostic Centre accepts online payments through UPI and other approved digital payment methods.

Patients are advised to review test details carefully before making payment. By completing the payment, you confirm that the information provided is correct.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

• Once the blood sample has been collected, refund is not possible under any circumstances.

• If laboratory processing has started, no refund will be provided.

• Refund requests will be reviewed by the management team.

• The final decision regarding any refund request will be taken by Advance Care Diagnostic Centre.

The decision of Advance Care Diagnostic Centre in matters of refund shall be final and binding.

3. Home Collection Cancellation Policy

For home sample collection services:

• Cancellation requests are accepted only within 3 hours of booking.

• Cancellation requests made after 3 hours will not be eligible for refund.

• If the phlebotomist has already been assigned or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

4. Processing of Refunds

If a refund is approved:

• The amount will be refunded to the original UPI payment source.

• Refund processing time may take 5 to 7 working days, depending on the payment provider.

Advance Care Diagnostic Centre is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Incorrect information provided by the patient

• Failure to be available at the scheduled home collection time

• Refusal after sample collection

• Delay caused due to unavoidable circumstances

6. Final Authority

Advance Care Diagnostic Centre reserves the right to approve or reject any refund or cancellation request.

All decisions regarding refunds and cancellations are final and cannot be challenged.
